small kind of painfuly bump near vagina

I have a small (the size of my pinky nail or smaller) bump that isnt very obvious on my outer vaginal lips (sorry for the lack of proper terminoligy!) its like right near where the "lips close". it looks like it has dry skin around it and it is mildly painful when touched. there is only one and it doesnt itch but it worries me!
also, idk if this is related but lately my urine has been dark, smells wierd and seems to have like debris floating in it but it does not burn or anything like a UTI

What is this??? Should i be worried???
