small pimles before periods

I have been dating my my boyfriend for 7 months we have never had unprotected sex. 4 months ago we had protected sex and I had blisters after a day or two, we ruled out to be friction since we had used protection. I then had pimples abt 2 or just after my periods almost on the same place just after my period in the next month and it became a trend to have small pimples after my or before my period.sometimes they have little fluid but there are not like the blisters I had the first time. we have not had unprotected sex, I am so worried could it be herpes?

I'm not sure how normal this is, and I am not a doctor, but this used to happen to me too before and after my period. Try using a different brand of pads/tampons. That helped me!
