soo my urine has a strong smell to it

soo i noticed about a week ago my urine smells realllly stong. My boyfriend went to the bathroom right after me and was grossed out because it still smelled strong. its a smell i have never smelled before. I dont know what it could be and havent gone to the doctor yet because my vagina doesnt seem to smell any different, or no other problems seemed to occur. Does anyone have any suggestions???

I notice a lot of time my pee smells strange after drinking soda. Something to do with the sugar in it or something. Also after eating certain fruits or vegetables...esp asparagus. Reka0405 is right, just drink lots of water and it should go away.
However if you and your boyfriend are sexually active watch for your period. I've heard pregnancy hormone (HCG) in your urine can make it smell funny. So if you miss your period/ the water doesnt help the smell take a pregnancy test ASAP!
