sore and swollen brests

Can please someone help me with this.First of all Im 44 and have had a tubal done 21 years ago.so i dont think im pregnant although the bottom of my stomach is swollen to.but for the past 2 months my breasts have been sore and swollen. Im a 34 c and all my bras are getting to small.sometimes i have a tingling or burning feeling around my nipples.my cycle was 4/3 and lasted till 4/6 I usually go 5 to 7 days but this is the first time it has done that do anyone have any advice to what is going on with my body?

your 44, right. Could you be going through the change. How old was your mom when she went through it. Usually woman go through the change around the same age there mother did. You should see you gyno and get some tests done. Good Luck!
