sore nipple
Hie! Iam 16&i've been having this experience for some time but mostly when its cold.my nipple gets really hard,white& cracked.Sometimes it seems like skin is peeling off.it really hurts and it is often accompanied with headaches&stomach problems..Ami sick?

It looks like nipple dermatitis which has been aggravated by tight bra, hormonal changes and cold and dry weather which could have caused minute cuts on nipples. If there is any redness then you may apply topical antibiotics like Neosporin. Also you may take anti inflammatory pain killer for the pain and wear cotton undergarments.
