My montgomery glands are swollen, and I have seen the dr about this, however could the swollen glands also cause nipple soreness?

okay, I don't know much about what you are talking about to be honest, *laughs*. But if it is like painful to the touch, almost like your nipples are rubbed raw, you can try this. It may sound a little weird, but try putting a little vasaline on your nipple, and put a bandaide over it. Sometimes the fabric of clothing will rub too much, and make it sore.
