strange hair

The other day my daughter mentioned she had found a hair growing from her clitoral hood. She claims this has happened several times in the past year. The hair (which causes irritation and is removed) grows back between two and four months. I know this is not normal. Does she have an influx of hormones or something? is there something a doctor could do?

I would definately get her to a doctor, he is the only one who can for sure say what it is.
