stressed out

by shortnlazy1, Dec 19, 2006 12:00AM
I,ve been under a lot of stress lately.  I have a 10 month boy, but before that I was going trough a lot of problems.  At first I was working with my husband and that brought us a lot of problems because we would never aggree on anything.  I became pregnant and things changed with my husband, he was the happiest person ever. At six months preg. my baby died while inside my stomach.(it was a little baby girl).  No one ever knew why, the doctors didnt know.  I felt like dieing she was everything 2 me, but 2 months later I became pregnant again, but it wasnt the bestest experiense ever because I was diagnosed with ICP.  I would get no sleep and my skin would itch so bad. I had my baby at 36 wks. preg.  I love my baby, this time I had a boy.  But I never feel good I always feel angry, desperate, anxious, scared, i feel like crying all the time.  I went from a size 5 to a size 10 in just months.  I try everything to go back to a size 5 but it seems that the more I try the worst I get.  Help me please!  I feel as if I were trapped in a cage.  What type of doctor deals with stress?  I fforgot to include that i'm also having ALOT of hairloss and now i've noticed a smell in the vagina and some discharge, also i feel a burning sensation in the stomach when I have to go #2.  Please help.

Hey Sweetie! I am sorry you are having such a hard time. You sound like you have a ulcer in your stomach. I will be praying for you.:)

It sounds like you are experiencing post-partum depression. You need to seek out some help for that - talk to your doctor. As for your symptoms, that could also be due to your depression and perhaps a mild yeast infection.

Please go see your doctor - you don't have to suffer. Best wishes.

Stop beating yourself up, you have been through a lot.

I agree with my fellow Canadian, you do seem to be exhibiting post partuum.  You need to go to your doctor.
Don't downplay your symptoms, lay it all out.  You may need meds to help you through this.

It is not your fault, it is the hormone rollercoaster of two pregnancies back to back.

Regarding your weight, you should have a complete physical and if you are cleared to do so start exercising.  Start simply, just take your baby for a nice long walk everyday.

Take very good care of yourself.  You are everything to your family and they need you to be healthy.

I am thinking of you and praying for you today.
