It sounds like you are experiencing post-partum depression. You need to seek out some help for that - talk to your doctor. As for your symptoms, that could also be due to your depression and perhaps a mild yeast infection.

Don't downplay your symptoms, lay it all out. You may need meds to help you through this.
It is not your fault, it is the hormone rollercoaster of two pregnancies back to back.

Regarding your weight, you should have a complete physical and if you are cleared to do so start exercising. Start simply, just take your baby for a nice long walk everyday.
Take very good care of yourself. You are everything to your family and they need you to be healthy.
