sudden lump!!

hi last year i had a partial vulvectomy to remove lump from vulva up to now touch wood I've had the all clear with all follow up appointments.but now I have a lump the size of a 2p between my anal and vagina and I was wondering is it likely vulva cancer again or just a hemmaroid it isn't painful at the moment but very itchy
