swelling and itching in labia

What can cause swelling and itching in labia?  What is the treatment? Have vaginal dryness and extremely dry skin and cracking which causes irritation and pain. What and how can I treat?  Not pregnant.

Thanks for taking a moment to reply.  I will take your advise and seek a doctors assistance.  Not having medical insurance is a problem but can be solved.

What you described can be caused by more disorders than I could possibly know, no being a doctor myself. A yeast infection will cause extreme and unrelenting itching - which will lead to swelling. I would not try and treat this yourself. I would make an appt. with your doctor and get it taken care of properly as soon as possible!  Best of luck ...
