swelling (pitting edema) in fingers

mild pitting edema in lower legs worse in evening, and mediem pitting edema in fingers worse in moning for 9 months. blood test forliver, kidney,urin and Bp are in normal limit. Dr. says no RA, and it is Raynaud disease. but the fingers has no color changes and cold water makes the fingers feel better and less swelling.
what is the possibility? It really bothers me.
