To help with swelling: ibroprofen and arnica tablets are your best bet. You can by arnica from any herbal shop. You want the 30 potency. It gets rid of swelling really fast.

Bigamist 14. I understand where you are coming from but, in the same breathe you ARE judging this person on their age. This site is not ageist, we support each other when we feel we have no one else to turn to. Maybe this person does not feel that she can confide in her mother and you have no idea what level of educational skills she has. I suggest you focus on giving positive and supportive advice to a young person who has been open and honest in asking for help, rather than judging someone you don't even know. Shame on you!

I agree . But you guys are adults now you guys should be giving other type of advice just saying ! Focus in school I don't think you should be worrying about sex at your age . And if you want the most honest advice I think the right person who you can trust is your mother

People won't use this site if they are being judged. This is a place for open help and respect,  if you want to judge go somewhere else.  Be sure to wear lose clothes also and if you can, go with out underwear.  It will give it less restriction unless it helps the pain go down. It's a very sensitive place and it doesn't necessarily have to be rough to hurt it. Good luck sweetie!

sex is about love and mutual respect.
First you don't let any one do harm to you!! if he hurts you tell him to slow down.
secondly, yes ice can help. and if it's bleeding you may be need some help.
third, make sure you have good hygien down there. a soft soap Intima or something like that can compfort you.
