swollen labia minora

My boyfriend an i were just fooling around and my right labia minora is now swollen. This is embarassing, because it is pertruding the labia majora. There was a lot of friction but no lubricant, and towards the end I started to bleed. Im sorry for the details, I am just very concerened. Will the swelling go down? And what could I do to make the process faster? Ice? Heat? Ibuprofen?

me too i need help mines all stretchd n protrudin n its rubs on my trousers which is irritatin its gone down mostly but their is still some swellin
