Maybe it's an allergic reaction to something. Have you recently changed soaps, lotion, detergent, shaving cream, etc...anything that might come in contact with that area?
Not that I know of, I washed with dove soap down there the other day, I don't remember if it was yesterday or the day before and maybe I didn't get all the soup out of there? I dunno.
when you scratch it to relieve the itch you may cause irritation that will cause the lips to become swollen..the itching could be from a yeast infection..
