Usually I get swollen right after intercourse. It doesnt hurt, just really red and swollen. Im sure alot of it has to do with the blood pumpin' and flowin'. If it doesnt hurt, I wouldnt be alarmed.
Did you use a condom? Maybe it's an allergic reaction to the latex? Definitely need to see a doc if it hurts. Like I said before, it's not normal. Hopefully it's nothing major and you can get this cleared up right away.
Why are you "reeeeeaaaaallly" swollen? Perhaps you should visit your doctor.
