ten weeks pregnant and no breast soreness

Hi, I'm ten weeks pregnant with my first baby and have had no breast soreness at all. I was just wondering what the possibilty of this being a missed miscarriage is. I'm really worried. I also get mild cramps sometimes, but I've had no spotting at all. Thank you.

everybodys bodies are different. Im hoping to conceive baby number 3 anyday now. and with my other two, my pregnancie were very similar. only sick 2 weeks with both. and tiredness a lottt. so dont worry. your time will come with breast soreness (i.e, when your milk comes in) lol

I never had any pregnancy symptoms at all during my 1st pregnancy.  No vomitting, no breast soreness, no appetite changes, only a bit of fatigue.  don't worry every pregnancy is different with every woman.  Enjoy the symptoms you don't have!
