tender breasts

I suffer for the last month with breast pain in both sides, it feels almost like the feeling when the breasts are full of milk. I have a hysterectomy in 1993, and never used any HTR since then. I couldn't feel lumps under my arms, but halfway in the breasts towards the nipple is the feeling of heavyness and tenderness. Can anyone help me with some answers?
