I was a teen mom. I had my first at 18. I had my second at 23 and now I am 27 and wondering if I am pregnant I skipped November (last month) and now Dec. is ending. So far my tests I bought are negative. I have a dr. appt in two weeks for my annual.

To any teen mom, it can be done! A routine dr. visit and eating as well as you can. Just take one day at a time. I first feared telling my strict folks. After that I told my friends. My childs father was not interested, although later did become interested and I had to deal with the emotions of being 'not good enough to date anymore'. Financially it totally sucks. beinga teen and saving for a baby is pathetically difficult. I was a hostess ata restaurant. I ran food to the tables also. then I babysat and I worked at an ice cream parlor and made cakes for 6 dollars an hour. I was lucky that I had parents that let me live at home. I found out I was pregnant only weeks before graduating high school. So, that part was done. I stayed under my parents insurance and went to school part time. I had nice doctors that were thorough. None of it was easy but I would have a baby young again in a heart beat. Why? Because, once you have that child and fall in love-there is no "what if's and if that didnt happen what would I do or where would I be?" My baby is almost 9 and I ended up meeting a wonderful guy that was a single dad. then we had one together and now maybe one on the way (alhtough that is not for sure).

To the young moms out there, good luck. Be patient. Read about babies and just keep thinking that the baby is YOURS and you wont always be young. I like being one of the youngest moms at the kids' schools. I walk into my daughters school and a lot of the parents are old, gray and outta shape! I have energy and it is so fun! Just hang in & save every dollar you can.The first year is an average of $3,000 not including labor and dr. appts.

She was the one that assumed she was pg because she had unprotected sex once.

She never came back.  My guess is that she was not pg, and her bleeding stopped so she didn't worry about it anymore.
