tramadol and pregnancy

i m trying to conceive and may be pregnant now as my periods are delayed,but today i had a painkiller which contained tramadol 37.5mg and paracetamol,though i had taken only half a tablet but i m very much worried that it may harm my baby if i have conceived.it was by mistake that i had the tablet bt now what can i do? i m really really tensed.will it harm my baby.please please help me

i know you are only spose to take paracetamol when pregnant so i sont know what if any harm it will do to your baby
