Sounds like your getting very anxious about it. Its really not as bad as you maybe thinking in your head. Like the other lady said make sure you have foreplay. It will relax you more and make it easier for you both. Your husband obviously loves you very much so try to not over think it and get yourself worked up. Hope you can try to overcome your fear xx

I don't know that surgery is or would be a good option.  Surgery of any sort often damages nerves, which could make sex completely unenjoyable for you.

You could try buying some lubricant to see if that helps and make sure you get plenty of foreplay (possibly including oral, if you and your husband are comfortable with the idea) before he even tries to get inside you.  Guide his hands, tell him what you'd like him to do to you.  Sometimes frustrations and stressors from daily life can be distracting from allowing yourself to get aroused or into the behaviors as can any fears (such as a firm belief/disappointment that it hasn't happened yet).  You can also talk to your gynecologist about what might be done to help you.

Best wishes!
