tubal/ pregnancy

I had a tubal ligation OCT 2006 after the birth of my 2nd daughter. My periods have been pretty regular other than a few days late here and there and havent mised any periods. For some reason my breasts are so sore this month las2 month ag my period came 2 days late and this month was 9 days late but I still had a cycle on July 8th. My breasts haven't been sore sine I nursed my daughter 2 1/2 years ago, why all the sudden are they killing me, they never get sore even before a period , could pregnancy be the reason even though I have had a regular period every month?
