tvt sling failure

I am a 39 year old female mother of 3 and 7 weeks ago i had a tvtsling put in.
Everything seemed to have worked fine until about 10 days before i started my period my incontinance came back and i don't know what to think.Even before the surgery my incontinance got worse about 10 to 14 days before my period.Do you have any suggestions on why i have still incontinance problems?

It could be related to your hormones which are making your muscles slacker?

Have you tried the non surgical treatments such as kegel's exercises? If you haven't, this is something you should probably do to help tone and strengthen your muscles to help prevent the incontinence.
