How early into the pregnancy can you tell there are twins?

At the first ultrasound, if it is past 7 or 8 weeks pregnant.  The ultrasound will see two sacs if there are twins, and two beating hearts if you are far enough along.  When I was pregnant with twins, it was clear at 7 weeks pregnant.

HI, An extrememly high HCG level would alert doctors. and 5-6 weeks in they would give you an ultrasound. Hope this helps

I just found out I'm having twins at 6 weeks 1 day thru an u/s. 2 sacs and 2 heartbeats.

Im.14 weeks & just found out with first ultrasound, we r ecpecting twins¡¡¡I ahave 3 boys already n im happy, nervous n svared...any dvice??
