two bumps near vagina

thank you for opening!  I have been all over the internet and cannot find the answer to my question.  Two bumps appeared just above my clit, one right above, and one just to the left. They are both soft and do not hurt, and they almost appear to have a hole/opening on the top, but nothing comes out. They are flesh colored and smooth.  The one in the middle has a bit of a bigger bump then the other.  I noticed them last week and went to the gyno yesterday. She said they are not genital warts, but she is not sure what they are! She said to keep an eye on them, they may be some kind of cyst or something. But everything I am reading, nothing says anything about a hole in it, accept one thing I saw, but that was red and painful.  It is not where any hair grows either, so it can't be an ingrown hair.  Believe me, I am a picker, I can spot a zit a mile away.  Please let me know if you have any insight or ideas. I forgot to mention, that I have been diagnosed with the rarer form of HPV, where I have abnormal cells inside my cervix, not the kind that gives you warts. When they first appeared I assumed they were warts from HPV.  The dr does know this and says it is unrelated, but I though I would bring it up just to let who ever reads this know. Thanks again
