unprotected sex 5 days before my period is due

hi everyone, my boyfriend and i are trying to make a baby. and we just realize this 5 days before my period is due. my last period was on jan 15 and im supposed to get it around this time and my cycle is normal. i know that you can only get pregnant during your ovulating time. im just wondering if its possible to get pregnant 5 days before your period. anyways, my boyfriend is really excited about having a baby. i'd really appriciate it if you guys can answer my question. thank you!
