upper abdominal pain,lower abdominal pain, severe lower back pain,

Please, if anyone has any further knowledge it would be great. I have a history of fibroids. I had a myomectomy 12 years ago. I had a Hydro thermal ablation 1 year ago. I have abdominal pain, severe back pain, and just started bleeding again 5 days ago. My alkaline Phosphatase is 186, ALT is 64.
Does anyone know or know of anyone who had hydro thermal ablation that did not work? And did they end up in worse shape than before?
