vaccination of rubella- 1 day after prignant

I had a vaccination of rubbella 5 weeks ago. Immediately after i get prignant.

How big is the risk of not getting a healthy baby?
How bad can it be?

It is not a live vaccine so there is virtually no risk. I had a vaccine also before I knew I was pregnant and there was no problems and I would have been about 8 weeks.

I found out midway during my first pregnancy that I had not had my rubella vaccination, but my doctor said I needed to wait until after I had my baby before I could get vaccinated. I'm not sure why. I would call and ask my doctor if I were you - if for no other reason than not to spend your pregnancy stressed out!! Believe me, I worried about taking baths in water too hot, forgetting my prenatal vitamin, etc! I think pregnancy is a time when a lot of expectant mothers worry, but also a time when you should (ideally) be able to relax and enjoy the excitement of your new baby! Good luck to you!

hello..today i got my toxoplasmose test so the result : rubella-1
and toxoplasma..iam in my 6th month now so what can i do ?im very scared about my baby so is this dangerous for her ?but i don have rubella in my pregnancy bcs i had it when i was child....please inform me in my e.mail lovely-***@****
