vagina bumps, sore clitoris

For the past four days, i have had some small bumps on the outside of my vagina,(about 2-3  in the same area),when i urinated i had a burning sensation , so i used the monistat and i don't have it anymore, unless i wipe it to hard when i pee or bath. I used the neet to shave with and  shortly after that i had a little sore on my vagina underneath almost by my vagina hole. What i'm worried about is why do i have the little bumps, do i have herpes, genital warts or something that i don't even know about? Also, the tip of my cliotris has a pin size cut, it's so sore that panties irritate it, what the hell is going on, that's to much problems for one vagina?

I just came from my OBGYN and he insists that I have allergies to any kind of soap or cleaners.  I am on orders not to wash my vaginal area.  I guess I will try it.  THe hormones didn't work or did the monostat or that one pill yeast infection stuff.  We will see.  I will be back to him in 10 days for a recheck.

I have had that same problem for over 7 months now.  I have been refered to an OBGYN after my PCP gave up. My OBGYN is treating it like a yeast infection but added premarin every 3 days, as an internal cream.  Just as my PCP did for the last 7 months.  I have an appointment with the OBGYN, after 6 weeks of still suffering.  I feel like I am starteng all over again.  I just can't imagine what is wrong.  I am in an monogomous relationship, and have been for 20 years.  Let me know what helps for you!
