vagina cuts randomly

I am sexually active with my boyfriend, but we both lost our virginity's to each other.  I have not had sex for a little less than a week now and for some reason, cuts seem to be popping up randomly on the inside of my vagina lips in different places.  The first two came together then another popped up yesterday and another today. Im starting to get worried. What could this be?
