vaginal bumps

I also have a question...i have never had anything like this before and i have just recently started working out 6 days a week, running and doing weights, not sure if this has anything to do with it but they never appeared untill i started! I have noticed 2 under the skin bumps on my left "lip", they hurt so bad, they arent forming any kind of heads and when they feel like they are if i try to pop one, only a little bit of blood will come out. I shower every night and am clean very well down there, they dont seem to be getting any better, its just uncomfortable. what should i do...i keep avoiding having sex with my fiance because i am embarassed, what should i do??

To ease your mind ask your mom to take you to a gynocologist.  If you are too embarrassed, go to a planned parenthood.  I did that in college, and the doctors are very good and nice!  They will check you out for a minimal cost.  However, you may need to be 18 to be seen.  Have you been to a gynocologist yet?  If not, you should go anyway... just to be checked.

I am 18 and have only had sex once 2 years ago, I too have experienced these bumps I believe they are just to be ingrown hairs or pimples, take a warm bath everyday or put a warm wash towel on it for about 30min, don't squeeze them, An article in cosmopolitan said the best way to rid a pimple down there is to poke the top sideways with a needle because the skin on top is already dead and let it drain without squeezing. the pain should go away and decrease in size. Although it may take several days like a pimple on your face.

i think i may have had those for a few years myself. sort of like pimples but very painful if squeezed. my Doctor only said he could lance them if I came in when inflammed. I did not do that. sometimes I had to squeeze one to clean it out if very painful but usually left well enough alone. some reason they disappeared. hormones? I have no idea. but nothing to worry about evidently. this was in my 50's. as long as they arent' viginal warts you don't have any worries. sounds like they aren't.
