vaginal bumps

My daughter has been suffering with this problem for most of her young adult life. She is now 19 and still has this problem.
She has vaginal bumps as well as bumps on her anal area, they also seem to appear more during her menstrual cycle.  They look like they my be some type of ingrown hair problem.  I'm very concern because when her cycle is over she still has them on her vaginal area.  I really concern because she has Downsyndrome and I'm not sure if this contributed to the problem or not.  She is also a little overweight I'm not sure if this might be part of her problem.  I've taken her to see a docter and they said this is very common in women.  Please someone help, I need a solution or a remedy that will help her.  She constantly complains about the bumps and their discomfort.  The bumps are hard and sometime fill with pus I don't think that this can be very normal for someone to suffer with a problem like this for so many year as my daughter has.

I don't know how else to say this, but sometimes, not always, during my period or if I rub my clitoris a couple of days Iater I get a couple of itchy bumps just above my vagina, or one just inside the lips of my vagina.  They don't look like blisters.  They look shiny or white,  They're not really raised, and the area is a little red around them, but they don't bother me other than the itching.  When they itch I sometimes dab the area with alcohol.  What is wrong with me?  Could it be a hygiene problem????

There may be something wrong with the sanitary products that are now being produced. Many young women are complaining about bumps similar to the ones you mentioned.

They are a certain type of a boil.  The bump will go away eventually.  Something with the boils come to head, this can happen with a number of ways,  it may take some time to come head and bust.  This will hurt.  I tried this new product "Boil Bust" and it busted instanstly.  I have the email address boilbust(at)sbcglobal.net.  This may help you.
