vaginal discharge

I was having a heavy discharge to the point I had to wear a tampon. Now it has slowed down. I'm now having sticky cottage cheese discharge n itches with lower abdominal pain n side. I keep feeling a pain in my breast. My partner said he was having a discharge n burning when he pee but he said that the burning feeling has stopped.  My upper body feels sore. My friend told me I have an std. I'm going to the health department on the 2nd but just been so worried n period hasn't came on yet

I found out that I have gonorrhea and I have gotten a treatment of Rocephin, I'm still trying to see if my boyfriend has been lying to me because he is saying that I am the only one he has been with since when been together and that he has been to the doctor in awhile and that he must have already had it. But it seems strange that we have been have unprotected sex for about 8 mouths but now I end up getting this std. I also would like to know would the antibiotic  cure oral gonorrhea in the mouth because I did perform oral sex for the first time before I know that he had the std. I see little bumps under my tongue and it looks like its small little pink bumps on my tongue. It has been about 2 and half mouths since i have done this. I am still terrified until I know the treatment has gotten rid of the bacteria. I am getting a pap smear next mouth so I will be retested then.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You may be having a yeast infection or vaginal candidiasis, which typically causes swelling, redness, and itchiness of the vaginal area.  It also causes a curd-like vaginal discharge. There may also be skin involvement wherein the skin around the vaginal area also becomes infected and become red and have rashes.  Try to avoid wearing tight underwear and pants.  Wear cotton underwear as much as possible and maintain proper hygiene.  It would be best to see your Doctor so a pelvic examination can be performed.  A sample of the vaginal discharge may be taken to confirm the specific cause of the infection.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
