vaginal infection

hi!
after urination when i wipe my vagina with a tissue i find some brown color discharge as well as some strands (very fine) of blood..
i had history of vaginal itching problem for which i took candid vaginal gel and fluconazole..
is this serious?also my treatment for hypothyroidism is going on.....and taking 125mg of eltroxin daily...
please suggest me what to do?
