vaginal infections

I have been diagnosed with crohns disease about 4 months ago. I keep getting vaginal discharge with fishy odor. The odor get worse after intercourse. I have tried antibiotics,and vaginal creams. None seem to work. Is this disorder something i have to live with the rest of my life due to the crohns disease. Are there any cures or treatments out there.
