vaginal issues

I have had an almost ammonia like smell coming from my vagina. It isn't the directly after i shower and isn't always there. I am not sexually active and have never been. I do not know what could be causing this. I also have small bumps near the opening of my vagina, but they just kinda came out of no where. but i have never had done or recieved oral.
