vaginal lacerations and small sometimes bleeding lesions

hi there. new to the site and i believe this is how to post a question so everyone can see. 5 days ago i had unprotected sex with a guy ive known since childhood. (i am on b.c. and he showed me his clean tests he had done a few days prior to our encounter) and 3 days after i could not shower or urinate without excruciating pain. a day after, i looked in the mirror found lacerations (probably from the..umm.. rough intercourse and him being too big for me..) in the fold between my labia majora and minora. another thing i found soon after were about 5 or 6 very painful lesions on the inner side of my labia minora. my mother (an ER nurse of 35 years) believes i have genital herpes. going to be tested very soon of course, but does anyone out there know of any other std or condition that matches my symptoms?
thank you for your time.

also i have received the gardasil vaccines and if i did come into contact with this shouldnt i have some sort of an outbreak by now i mean i wouldve come into contact with it in september and its february and neither me nor my partner nor my sexual encounter have anything no symptoms. i have no itching, no abnormal discharge, no pain, no tingling (only when i think about that "do i have tingling?" lol), i just wish i knew what was wrong with me if anything at all.

i have internal lacerations/abrasions they are on the posterior fourseth like right below the opening near the rim. there r like 5 raw skin cracks and one larger rip down the center. i think its from the condoms my bf and i used when we first started dating i was tested in june of 2010 and i had one sexual encounter prior to meeting my bf in december with the man i lost my virginity to without a condom. i was a nervous wreck and my sexual encounter told me he was tested for "everything under the sun" in early december and everything came back negative. following this is when i met my bf and the condoms were excruciating so painful dryed me up in a seconds. my bf was tested before me and came out clean and i explained to him my situation but we decided to ditch the condoms so i could be pain free. and then about a week and a half into it i started bleeding after sex and i didnt do anything about it for like 3 more weeks. i then got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and both came back negative. these lacerations/abrasions finally stopped bleeding and i applied neosporin and desitin and small amounts of bactine on the outside rim using a q tip and it so so helped i stopped using all that and began taking vitamin E tablets and bathing in three tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide. now the smaller cuts are healed almost entirely and the larger rip has shrunk but has a white color tone to it in the center. idk if this is from the neosporin or if its healing or its because of the peroxide. i was terrified because google has told me that it can be herpes, hpv, or warts. im just as terrified as you. let me know what happened with you. i have a doctor appointment for this upcoming tuesday to sit in the office and cry and just have everything examined. so nervous.

I have those same lacerations as well :( although I believe some can be attributed to my job. I ride and train young horses and get tossed around in the saddle sometimes. Will be going to my doctor tomorrow to get this straightened out. Thank you for your time and response

I had this exact problem except my lacerations were lower, between my vagina and anal area.  It was about 2 weeks ago and I'm STILL healing. I had sex with my boyfriend of a year and it was super rough and I was kinda dry down there.  I had the worst pain, I can't even begin to describe it. It hurt to pee too, and I did end up seeing lacerations on my labia also.   I went to the doctor and she said she thought it was herpes and I got tested but haven't heard back.  My mom ( ER doctor) looked down there even though it was super awkward and she didn't think it was herpes and I don't think so either.  So I am not a doctor but it sounds just like what I had.  Hope this helps.
