vaginal problem

well i  have a little problem and dnt know what to do i start realizing something was wrong. my vagina had some kind of white thick like mucus coming out it would start like when i took a shower and wake up all the white thick mucus like stuff would be all over my vaginal walls,clitors and very itchy and from this day im still having this problem it started when i turn 17 now im 19 whatever it is it has my vagina very red and itchy and discolored.i really need to do something about it,but i need to know what? and i need to know what the problem is and what has caused it? and what kind of doctor should i see. and also how to explain it. PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ASAP I CANT GO THROUGH THIS ANYMORE!!!!!! THANK YOU

Do you have a regular gynecologist?  Sounds like you have a yeast infection or some other type of vaginal infection.  Call your gynecologist and impress upon the nurse that you really need to see the doctor pronto.  Good luck.

If you go to your regular doctor they will do a swab to test for Yeast or Bacterial vaginosis.  Are you sexually active?  If you are tell your doctor and ask her to test you for STD's.

Sounds like you may have a yeast infection. Try yogurt or cranberry it helps

This is thrush my love and you def need to go to the docs to get some antibiotics.
