vaginal problems

Hey I'm not really sure what this could be. I plan on calling and going to a doctor right after new years but i'm worried and would like to get some ideas before going.

i just had sex for the first time in months 2 weeks ago. about half a week or so ago i noticed the inside of my vagina was REALLY swollen. it's a little painful. i tried to take a better look to see if i could tell how bad and it's worse than i've ever seen it and it's really really red. i've had yeast infections before and although it kind of feels like it usually i'd have to pee fairly often or feel like it and that hasn't happened at all. it is also very dry down there and burns really bad. when i'm not actually in the bathroom it's pretty much unnoticable but it still worries me. i've just never had it so swollen before.

sounds like a yeast infection. make sure with your dr before hand..he'll check for you. i wouldnt buy anything for the yeast infection until he tells you for certain, because it could only make the problem worse if you dont have one.

either that.. or it could be a UTI. make an apt asap. GL to you.
