vaginal redness and itching that won't go away

So i need help asap! In February i missed a pill and had to take plan B, a week after that i got a yeast infection that lasted for two weeks. Then at the end of March, i wore laced boy shorts to bed and then had sex the next morning which made me worse because i was so swollen. Luckily i had my yearly gyno visit the next day. She told me that my skin was so irritated so she gave me a cream "Nystatin and Triamicinolone Acetonide ointment." After a week of using this cream, the redness and swelling went down a little bit. After a week i saw a lot of white thick cottage cheese discharge, so i figured it was a yeast infection. I took monistat 3 and the symptoms went away there was just a tiny itch. then a couple of days later i had sex and it hurt so then i became swollen again and the symptoms came back. My period made it worse because of the itch. In 2 weeks i went to the gyno and she said i was just irritated and continued to use this cream. But i was still uncomfortable. Sex was miserable and i gave up. After 2 months, i went to the gyno again and she said she saw yeas tand no sign of std, she gave me nystatin pills and triamcinolone cream to insert into the vagina, but im still in pain. What is wrong with me?!

i hope its just a allergic reaction, im just scared because there is one spot under my clit where it is constantly red. Its not painful all the time but i feel an itch and when i look inside its red. Maybe im irritated from using all this medicine because during the first month i used monistat three times and then went to the antibiotics prescribed by my gnyo. She claims she sees yeaast and i have been on the nystatin pills but i dont feel ne better. could be something worse then a yeast infection?

it could be an allergic reaction, you should try to get yourself checked up for any drug allergy, not all medicines go well on every one, wash with hot water,ok ofcourse not very hot, as much as you can handle, it feels very good, and it helps me when i get an itch, another thing, out of experience, dont use tampoons, perfumed pads, perfumed soaps, especially not antibacteril soaps, coz what they do is kill good and bad bactearia, whenever you go to pee or poop, wash with water, try and avoid tissues and wipes, just go natural down there, avoid all chemical stuff,i used something called adco- something, cant reemebr the full name, but it was a white tube with blue riting, and had some kinda thing you insert inside you, it helped me when i ws pregnant and had a very bad case of thrush.
so wash alot, try wiping with a clean cloth, keep that area dry and not moist, try to chnage your pants regularly,as in keep very clean, and remember no tissues, wash! there is a reason y muslims wash instead of wipe! you never hear them have thrush
good luck
