vaginal repair

i had a vaginal repair 10 weeks ago, but can still feel a stitch inside which is interfering when we have intercourse also i find that when walking i leek and cannot control it in the last few days i have started to feel uncomfortable there its like a pain but is very difficult to describe

thanks for your comment i am going to see my doctor tomorrow, also seeing my consultant in 2 weeks

it is urine and it can be quite a lot, so i wear panty pads all the time

Sounds like you might have a vesicovaginal fistula between the vagina and urinary tract. You better go back to the md and get checked. When you say leak, is it a lot? water? thick? normal vaginal discharge? Also, the pain should be gone. You could also have what's called a neuroma which can form in the scar tissue after vaginal surgery. Either way, you need to be reevaluated. If you're doctor says he/she can't find anything, but your problems continue, then find a pelvic pain specialist in your area and go there.
