I have the same problems. Not all of the time, but sometimes I get vaginal swelling after sex. My boyfriend and i do not use condoms and we are both AIDS/STD-free. But why is this swelling occurring? It makes me not want to move or do anything...especially have sex until it goes away. But first I need to know what the cause is... can someone please help me?

I would guess that all is okay it is just from vigorous activity.
