were you in a car accident or any trauma? 2 years ago i was in a fairly bada accident and i smashed my forehead against to steering wheel and broke the sinus bones between my eyes. they were never fixed but not noticeable. but ever since i have some speech problems and short term memory loss and i feel as if i am in the backseat of my mind and time is going right by. the foggy cloudy feeling. the nipple pain i have no idea ;)

Have you been checked for depression or anxiety or any pyschological disorders? Depression can cause a lot of issues, especially the feeling you say you have that you feel you're "not here". Depression can also cause a lot of physical problems and so can anxiety. It's worth a try getting it checked out. Good luck to you I hope this goes away.

Also, while you are at it, do get a mammogram.  You never know.

Also sounds like a sugar problem. I have hypogycemic and would frequently feel out of it or not here. It was hard to get diagnosed.
