very light pink bleeding a week before period! any ideas?

Yesterday I went to the bathroom and noticed I had very light pink small amnt of "blood" on the tissue ... I am a week away from my period and not cramping also it was just that one time nothing else so i know it wasn't an early period, me and my boyfriend use the "pull out method" of B/C and I dont feel like I am very fertile but could it possibly be "implantation bleeding" has anyone else had this happen? please help!

My period stopped a few years ago, but I used to get what you describe and it wasn't anything but just the way my period would start - always light pink just before it started.
