very light pink discharge

I am supposed to start my period this coming weekend and this past Saturday I had some very light pink discharge.  No pain or anything to make me thik it would be a bladder infection or a UTI.  I also have had extremely sore breasts.  The nipple doesn't hurt but right under it hurts really bad.  My face is breaking out which is never a problem for me.  I have had heavy discharge (clear, mucus-like) for the past 4 days.  Does this sound like anything I should be concerned about or does it just look like I might be going to have a terrible period.  My horomones are so wacky.  I feel like crying all the time over stupid stuff.

Hi All

My fiance and i have been ttc, i stopped my injection about 8weeks ago, and on the 18th Feb we decided we were going to try for another baby, on the 24 Feb (6 days later) i had a light pinkish bleeding same as most of you described, i have also been feeling very nauseas and light-headed, on Sunday night i took a hpt and came out negitive :( My periods have never been regular, so i don't know when they are due to come, with our first son we had no problems. Mt cummy is also cramping a bit, and today i was discharging a bit... do you think i could be pregnant, to afraid to take another test... could some one PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me...?

I have a similar story, but a little different.  If the pink-brownish discharge doesn't go away and starts to look like a darker brown - and you have tested positive for pregnancy - you might be having a miscarriage.  May of last year this happened to me.  I was one day late, took a pregnancy test and it tested positive.  I started to get a brownish-pinkish discharge.  It did not go away.  Went to the doctor a week later and I had had a miscarriage.  Doctor said I was fertile, not to worry.  Didn't really try and start getting pregnant until the last two months.  I am currently three days late.  I have been testing every day starting 5 days before my period because my nipples were hurting.  I tested negative on all of them.  I have not tested since.  Today I got the brownish-pink discharge.  I did notice that my face broke out, though.  I will keep ya'll posted.
