I am 27 yrs old and have alwyas had very, very heavy long lasting periods. They usually last about 8 days and about 6 of those days are very heavy flow. Then I had my daughter and I have just recently weaned her from breast feeding. She is 2 years old now so I have been a long time without my period. So it has kind of been back for 4 months now but it has been very strange for me and I am wondering if anyone here can tell me if it is ok or not? The firstFirst progesterone mc10 First progesterone mc5 First-progesterone vgs 100 First-progesterone vgs 200 First-progesterone vgs 25 First-progesterone vgs 400 First-progesterone vgs 50 First-testosterone First-testosterone mc month I got it back it was pretty normalNormal saline flush, maybe a bit heavier then normalNormal saline flush but not much. Then the next month right on time I just spotted for one full day, not much at all. Then the third month I didn't get it at all. Now this month it is back right on time but it is so terribly heavy! I am on day two of it and I had to stop using tampons because they just leak threw in about an hour and not just a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys leak but a lot!. I am so much crampier then I have ever been and I have had a few very small blood clotsBlood clots today. The clotsBlood clots are very tiny, like pea sized or just a bit larger. Also only about 3-4 clots when going to the bathroom.
I am just wondering if it is at all normal for my periods to be out of whack while my body adjust and gets back on track. This month just has me a bit concerned because my period is so exremely heavy even in comparision to my normally heavy periods. Does this all sound ok or should I go to the doctor's about it?
