vitamin question

I might be preggo does anyone know if  taking women's ultra mega vitamins by gnc if it will hurt the baby if i am preggo?

Better to start taking regular prenatals, oftentimes other multivitamins do not have the right combination of vitamins or too litte/too much of others. One of the big concerns is getting enough folic acid and not too much Vitamin A. Most prenatals keep the A around 30-40% of the RDA set for non pregnant people. Too much vitamin A is linked to bone deformities, so it is a major concern.

Prenatals is the best to take...the other poster is right...you want to take the right amounts of each vitamin and it is in prenatals if you are pregnant.

i just read the forum are i just read urs, oh iam sorry, but its pretty normal so the girl who skipped a period and when they got AF HAVE PAIN, i dont have AF YET, going to the ogyne tomorrow , drives me nuts. hope my AF come soon if iam not pregnant , i just want to over with this is in my mine that maybe something wrong with me, iam really crazy i dont believe to my husband whatever he say, i still want to heard some other girls expirienced so i dont feel alone, i asked  him i want to go to obgyne, he explained it to me everything why i skipped period.but still iam going to obgyne, hope you feel better ok, just keep in touch, everything will be ok, YOU ARE FINE ,GOD BLESS YOU
