vulva bleeding white spot near clitoris

Hi,
I have been having this problem for six months. I had some internal vaginal itching, used monistat. While using it I began to have rawness under clitoral hood and in between labia. Thought it was alergy so stopped monistat. Then I noticed I had a green discharge in those creases. Not coming from vagina. Went to the doctor and the internal culture came back clean. She gave me some more cream and flagyl. Cleared up on flagyl but sex really hurt. I let some time go by the creases got boody and weepy Yellow weeping.  No bumps , no crusting , no pain. The sore area would go away after a shower and a good night sleep only to return in a few days. Not uncommon to have two or three flare ups a week. Sex alway hurts.
Went back to the doctor and she did a herpes culture.  Said it probably wasn't but some herpes are atypical.
My history is I have been married 10 years Two kids. Never had these symptoms before . Never even had a yeast infection before.
I feel frustrated as the doctor doesn't even seem to know. Anybody have any ideas?

I've been experiencing this for 2 months now, I have never had sex before, never let anyone touch me, so how could this be an STD? Could it be that I am very sensitive, because certain soaps I use make me burn also. I'm frustrated because its a constant pain and itching & I don't know where it could come from? Help!

You might want to get tested for HPV, your obgyn can explain what it is. Do not get a blood test to see, instead get a pap smear and tell your obgyn to pay attention to atypical cells, and cervical dysplasia. If your pap results show you have atypical cells, get a cervical biopsy to see if it is HPV.

HPV is incurable, but if you eat right and build your immune system, your bodu could kick the infection all together.

If what you have is not HPV, then take a look at how you're living: are you a smoker (smoking contributes to complications)? Are you eating a lot of fast food and greasy foods? Are you not getting the right amount of vitamins per day?

Take your vitamins- vitamin E, C, B12, B6. Stock up on that folic acid, because vaginal complications are sometimes contributed to lack of folic acid!

I also have been dealing with something that boggles me. I had been to the clinic to have my check up, I always check for all STD'S and also I ckeck for AIDS, everything comes back clean. I don't have sex regularly, but when I do I use protection. One day about a month ago out of nowhere vaginal itching, and itching toward the Rectum area?? So I used a little Vagisil just for the irratibility. Then for it to stop it took about two weeks, then it wasnt itching or anything just a glossy tecture when I wiped. It is like it stayed on the inner side of my lips, but I could feel it and when I wiped there it was, no smell just there. I believe sometimes it has to do with stress, but it makes me Paranoid at times cause I wonder do women have these problems, even if it is not a sexual problem. And when is the time to go to the doctor?

i dont really know what is going on. i have searched up and down online to find similar symtems to mine. i have had irritation and itching in the vaginal area for a week now. just tonight i noticed small white spots all inside the labia and the clitoris seems to have developed a tougher almost ball like structure. it is red and irritated and it appears as though it will turn white. i have felt irritation of the blatter also during intercourse. i have only been with one person and i am also his first. i have suffered sexual abuse as a child. not sure if its some kid of std that i developed bc of that. i have had many different kinds of outbreaks. all were different. i am very confused, frusterated, and hurt. i tested negative for genital herpes although one outbreak very closely resembled a canker sore of the mouth. that was b4 i became sexually active. about 2 years later i experienced a few more of the same outbreak and then a new kind. this time, rather thancreating a hole in my skin, it was more of a bump. they looked and felt like a very large zit with a bit of darker color. it soon went away but now i am dealing w a whole new "outbreak" and i am devistated. if you have info, please wb. im confused...

I've been diagnosed with lichen scleurosis... hope I'm spelling it right.
That's what they said my white spots are on my clitoris. It started with ichiness and swelling. After I had my second child I had a skin tag there... they removed it and cultured it... all seemed fine but a year later ichiness, swelling and white spots that seemed to be flat and right under the skin showed up. My first episode they put me on clobetasol propionate .05% cream for 2 weeks and they spots seemed to fade quite a bit and it then was less sensitive... but many months later I look down and it seems that the skin on my clitoris had fused with the skin that can be pulled back that surrounds the clitoris. I wasn't sure what truly happened... it looked like my clitoris had shrunk quite a bit because I could only see the top of it. Now it's just back to being itchy, swollen and alot of white areas again. I'm 6 days on the clobetasol cream and no real changes.... such a bummer... but you should all research lichen scleurosis a bit. See if any of your symptons match. Good luck to you.

I have experienced similar symptoms and have been dealing with it for 8 months now. I've seen 2 doctors and 1 specialist, none have really told me anything and all tests always come back negative (I was tested for herpes as well.) Even the yeast cultures come back negative. My symptoms started with what looked and felt like a yeast infection under only the hood of the clitoris, once that cleared up I was still experiencing extreme sensitivity on the clitoris and/or the inner labia. My inner labia are swollen to some degree every day; sometimes sensitivity comes with this, sometimes not. When I say sensitivity I mean that every little hair, underwear or anything that touches my inner labia or clitoris is an irritant!! I can't wear underwear and I can only wear loose fitting clothing or the symptoms get worse. I've been going to acupuncture for the last 2 months and the symptoms are decreasing, but at a very slow rate. I have taken Monistat, flagyl,, cortozone (steroid) pills and cream and nothing has worked. The specialist has put me on a neurotransmitter medicine because she thinks the nerve endings in my vulva are misfiring, which sounds far fetched to me but at this point I'll try anything! I used to feel the rawness under the clit and between the inner labia that Gabby3 mentions a lot but not as much sense I’ve been going to the acupuncturist, however- it is very rare that I feel any  itchiness. I have not experienced any colored discharge- though on bad days I do have more discharge then usual- but still clear. My acupuncturist and the specialist seem to think these symptoms are a result from having bladder infections in the past (I have a sensitive bladder), DO YOU, GABBY 3 OR ANYONE ELSE, HAVE A SENSITIVE BLADDER and are having similar symptoms? Also, I have noticed when the clitoris is bothering I have the same white spots that Gabby3 mentions. Though after closer inspections I have found these little white spots are NOT part of my clitoris and can be removed. Once it’s removed (very sensitive and somewhat painful to remove) it looks like what a blackhead would look like, but white….?! I clean myself regularly down there so to have any buildup, like this, is very weird. For the last couple of months I’ve been using non-fragranced baby wipes to clean under the clitoris hood and around the vulva area and I’m still seeing these little white spots. IF ANYONE HAS SIMILAR SYMPTOMS PLEASE RESPOND. I’m doing a follow-up visit with the specialist at UCLA Medical Center in 2 months.

Wishing hope on all those who understand.

I forgot I also have a white spot near clitoris . Under the hood. It looks like the pigment has changed to white. Doesn't feel like anything when touched. No bump.  No pain.
