My question is what would cause whiteing of the vulva and enter walls of vagina?
Kinda depends on your age and other factors. Older females can get atrophic vaginitis, which I understand to be age-related thinning of tissues and damage. If the color change is in the skin (mucosa), that would make sense, and I don't think it can happen only to older women. If the whitening is ON the surface, such as discharge, it may be something else altogether. Smegma, sebum, cervical mucous, and infections can all cause creamy white stuff. Better check it out with a doc, especially if you have any other issues like itching, discharge, or odour.
