Do you mean a temporary change of color during and after the act?  No it is not dangerous, it is caused by blood flooding to the area.  If you have had a permanent change of color there, it might just be the natural changes of your body as time has gone by.  If you are seeing discrete spots that are different colors, check with your ob-gyn.

I mean that (about the color change of my minor labia),when I was 17 I had a small minor labia with a natural pink color . But after alot of mastebation in that age,my minor labia became so big that protrude my major labia about 1 centimeter.
In addition of changing the size of my minor labia, the color of  it aslo changed to black.the part that has changed to  black  is continous and it can be seen only in the left labia, not the right one. By the way, the black color in only on the outer surface of my minor labia,not on the inner surface. now, I'm 26 and it is about 9 years that my minor labia has this problem. but I don't have any other symtoms like the itches or spots with different colors or lesions on it .I'm afraid it may be something dangerouse. Will you please guide me what to do?

Go see your ob-gyn and have a pelvic exam, and while you are on the table ask the doctor what he or she thinks, medically, about the color.  It sounds like normal body changes to me, having nothing to do with masturbation, so you certainly don't have to mention that if you don't want to.  I don't think masturbation makes the labia change from small to large, I think just developing from a teenager to a woman does it.  But it would certainly not be a problem to go ask.  "By the way, doctor, I've always wondered about the color of my labia."  He or she can tell you in a heartbeat if it's normal or unusual.
