weak bones
My bone density test showed I have very week bones (high risk of fracture). I was told to increase my intake of calcium and excercise a lot. I have been trying for one month now but I don't feel any different plus every night I feel a lot of  gaz 'circulating' around my kidney and my lower left abdomen. Can the gaz be explained? Is it related to my back pain and is there a solution to these problems?

I would say that if you have increased your calcium that is most likely your culprit. I know that dairy is a big issue because it helps breed bacteria in bowl so it can cause excess gas which will circulate throught your body.
